The Coalition for the Protection of Children (CPC), a Bermuda non-profit organization at the forefront of advocating for and meeting the needs of children and families, is pleased to announce a donation in the amount of $30,000 from Athene Life Re Ltd., a leading reinsurance company based in Bermuda. The contribution from Athene will assist the CPC in providing high-demand programs at a time when the need is critical.

As families face new challenges to meet basic needs due to the current economic pressures aligned with COVID, our role in helping our community care for our youngest generations is more important than ever,” said Kelly Hunt, Executive Director of CPC. “This donation allows us to continue to make a difference for these children and their families.”

CPC stated that the donation will go towards food assistance and essential programming that the families they serve every day have come to rely on.
