Performance Lock Resource Center

Performance Lock allows clients to protect against potential market declines and lock in performance for any Index-Linked Segment Option during the term. Used in combination with a buffer, it gives an added level of control in volatile markets — supporting more predictable outcomes and helping mitigating future risk.

Milestone Lock Resource Center1

Milestone Lock is a “set it and forget it” option that can help clients optimize performance without trying to time the market. It automatically locks in gains when the index reaches certain milestones. Milestone Lock also helps manage risk by providing an extra level of protection because the buffer resets as milestones are reached.

Performance Blend Resource Center

Performance Blend is an “all-in-one” option that leverages the power of diversification with the benefit of hindsight. It is the only strategy that allocates to three well-known indexes based on their actual performance at the end of a 6-year term.

The Withdrawal Charge, Equity Adjustment and Interest Adjustment will all impact the Cash Surrender Value according to the terms of the Contract. For all Segment Options, the Withdrawal Charge will reduce the Cash Surrender Value. For Index-Linked Segment Options, the Equity Adjustment and Interest Adjustment may increase or decrease the Cash Surrender Value. For the Fixed Segment Option, the Interest Adjustment may increase or decrease the Cash Surrender Value.
