What can a fixed annuity do for you?

Guaranteed growth at a set rate

Opportunity to produce a guaranteed stream of income you cannot outlive

Full protection of principal from market loss

How do fixed annuities work?

Fixed annuities provide tax-deferred growth at a fixed rate of interest set for a predetermined amount of time. Fixed annuities allow you to make two choices based on your needs and preferences.

number one Choose how much you want to save

Initial Premium amounts range from $5,000 to $1 million.

number two Choose how long you’d like to save your money

You can select either a three-, five- or seven-year term period. Your annuity includes a Withdrawal Charge period that is equal to the Term Period.

Earn a guaranteed interest rate

Interest is credited to your annuity with either a Multi-Year Fixed Strategy or a 1-Year Fixed Strategy.

  • The interest rate for the Multi-Year Fixed strategy is guaranteed for the Term Period you choose.
  • The 1-Year Fixed Strategy is used to credit interest to any Additional Premium. The interest rate is set when you purchase your annuity and is guaranteed for one year. A Renewal Interest Rate is set every year on your Contract Anniversary.

Is a fixed annuity right for you?

  • You’re looking for tax-deferred growth. Generally, that means you won’t pay taxes until you withdraw money from your annuity.
  • You want guaranteed growth at a set rate.

  • You want the option to turn your annuity into a guaranteed stream of income.
