The 20 students come from towns and cities across the state and represent the next generation of diverse individuals who will help drive change in our communities. The Game Changer Scholars program was created to support underrepresented Latino/Latina/Latinx/Hispanic and Black/African American students in reaching their educational goals. The program will award $40,000 in scholarships on an annual basis through 20 individual scholarships for $2,000 each. Game Changer Scholars recipients must be Iowa residents with plans to attend college or university in Iowa.
